By placing a booking with ARRIVE N’ STYLE, and using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions without any reservation whatsoever and authorise ARRIVE N’ STYLE to charge your credit card in full for all charges relating to your reservation, including, but not limited to charging in full for the reservation should you be considered a “no show”. ARRIVE N' STYLE reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without notice.
 
Bookings
To secure your booking, we require your credit card details to be submitted via our "Payment Form" in advance. Should you wish to pay cash on the day of service, then your credit card will not be charged. ARRIVE N' STYLE reserves the right to cancel any booking request without correct credit card information in advance.
 
We recommend our clients reserve a car ahead of time (at no additional charge) to be guaranteed a car at time of pick up. We can also provide you with a car at a short notice by phone upon availability. All reservations confirmed by us via email reply are guaranteed pick-up as long as the details provided at the time of booking are correct and we receive credit card details to secure the booking. We can not guarantee your availability when you call or place a booking online with a short time notice or without confirmation from us. ARRIVE N’ STYLE reserves the right to decline your online booking request if drivers are unavailable or we cannot service the booking for any reason. You will be given sufficient notice of this cancellation.
 
Cancellation
You must give at least 24 hours notice before cancelling your booking. Any bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the agreed pick-up time will incur a minimum $55 fee.
 
"No Show" Policy
In the event that you do not show up for your booking, you will incur a cancellation fee in full.
 
Delays & waiting time charges
Airport Transfers:
ARRIVE N’ STYLE monitors your flights. You will not be charged if you flight is delayed.
 
General Transfers:
The first 10 minutes are free, after that, waiting time charges are incurred at a rate of $1 per minute. To avoid waiting time charges, please give your driver at least 2 hours notice of any necessary changes to the agreed pick up times.
 
Rates
A list of Airport Rates can be found on the ARRIVE N’ STYLE website. Please note that our rates include GST, tolls and parking fees. All credit card payments will attract an 11% service fee (including GST). Service fees are not applicable on Corporate Accounts. After 10pm a further 20% surcharge fee will be added to the price of a journey. Rates regarding hourly hire include a minimum charge of 2.5 hours of service. Chauffeur gratuity is at your discretion.
 
Payment methods
ARRIVE N’ STYLE accepts all major credit cards, Cabcharge and cash.
 
Collection and use of personal information
Given the repetitive nature of our business, we need to keep information that we collect from our clients. This will simplify repeat bookings in the future. Information we collect include your name, email address, street address, telephone numbers, company name, the details of your bookings (e.g. pick up time, locations etc) and card information. Credit card and account information are collected via a secure web form using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Technology. Your information is encrypted ensuring that only we can read and access it. Your personal information will only be used for the purposes of running our business and no other purpose.
